 …the time before Brima
 TAC was going through a period of heavy acquisitions and mergers which put high demands on our Marketing and Communications division.  We had urgent need for additional Marketing Communications expertise and bandwidth.

 …the time with Brima
For the next year and a half, Brima worked directly with our European and US headquarters.  Brima developed a comprehensive Marketing Communication Strategic Plan, assisted our US agency with Brand Research in Europe, reviewed our Swedish supplier base and worked on Collateral development, in particular our in-house Newsletter, which Brima developed and maintained.

 …today and tomorrow with Brima
We continue to use the corporate plan as a guideline for our marketing activities and the Newsletter continues with both its original deliverable framework and the related project implementation process developed by Brima.

The injection of knowledge and competence Brima brought to the table gave us critical support and leadership in the short term.  And much of their value is now embedded in our Market Communications execution capability today.
